Success, Project and Milestone List approved. I am creating three game projects with different genres. The Projects and Milestone List are as follows:

Tuesday 8/10 MMORPG Project1: Schedule from concept to the gold phase
with employees (HR doc) and assigned tasks.

Tuesday 8/17 Report with Marketing and PR for the project.
Create the Game Budget and flowchart for Project.

Thursday 8/19 Produce all information in Production File.

Tuesday 8/24 FPS Project 2: Schedule from concept to the gold phase
with employees (HR doc) and assigned tasks.

Thursday 8/26 Project Review One: Present Project 1

Tuesday 8/31 Report with Marketing and PR for the project.
Create the Game Budget and flowchart for Project.

Thursday 9/2 Produce all information in Production File.

Tuesday 9/7 Survival Horror Project 3: Schedule from concept to the gold phase
with employees (HR doc) and assigned tasks.
Project Review Two: Present Project 2

Tuesday 9/14 Report with Marketing and PR for the project
Create the Game Budget and flowchart for Project.

Thursday 9/16 Produce all information in Production File

Tuesday 9/21 PDF file the process book.

Thursday 9/23 PowerPoint the final Presentation.
